NASCAR turned to Forty Forty when it announced a new championship format that creates more exciting races, is more compelling to fans and ultimately creates additional value for NASCAR’s sponsors and partners. We were asked to create the signature look for the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup that included an identity system, a unique lexicon, and communication and advertising parameters. Our solution addressed the fans’ need for clarity and the sponsors’ need for consistency across the Chase, while establishing a signature look that was ultimately implemented across all three NASCAR series. Subsequently, Forty Forty has become one of NASCAR’S brand and creative agencies working on a variety of initiatives including the Xfinity Series Visual Language.
