HomeFix Custom Remodeling (HomeFix) is a high quality, service-first custom home remodeling business, serving the Maryland, Virginia, DC, North Carolina and Tampa, Fla. regions for over 33 years.
While the business has been growing at a steady pace, the attention to the HomeFix brand was sporadic, and they have recognized the need to update and revitalize it’s brand for several reasons:
1) The sales team is looking for a consistent, clear and memorable brand story to assist in the sales process
2) The pandemic changed the way HomeFix does business. Initial contact with customers and initial awareness is now done much more through digital channels, so a more compelling, differentiated and digital first brand was needed.
3) The Brand’s Values, Look & Feel and Identity all need to align better to the current environment.

Because the home improvement market in the mid-Atlantic states is competitive and crowded, we advised them to put a stake in the ground and highlight their biggest differentiator; Customer service and their passion for their work.
